- After reviewing the demonstration speech sample topics, students will be able to create their own speech topic that includes a minimum of 3 steps.
- After reviewing a sample key word outline, students will be able to create their own outline with at least 6 of the required components.
- After reviewing the grading rubric, students will be able to recognize at least three components of a multi-step demonstration.
- To apply their working knowledge, students will complete an interactive online quiz.
- After reviewing videotaped speeches and a grading rubric, students will create a written external speaker analysis.
- As the culminating activity, students will perform a multi-step demonstration speech.
